# Newway Photomask's shareholder Guotou Chuangye Fund reduced its holdings by 1.87 million shares, cashing out 58.41 million yuan

Shenzhen Newway Photomask Co., Ltd. announced the results of the shareholders' reduction of shares. Before the reduction plan was implemented, the shareholder Guotou Chuangye Fund held 11,217,912 shares of the company, accounting for 5.80% of the total share capital. On May 13, this shareholder planned to reduce no more than 1,933,338 shares, which is no more than 1.00% of the total share capital. As of September 4, Guotou Chuangye Fund has cumulatively reduced 1,872,205 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 0.97% of the total share capital, with a reduction price of 29.50 - 44.02 yuan/share, totaling 58,411,838 yuan. The remaining reduction of 61,133 shares was not completed, and the current shareholding ratio has decreased to 4.83%. This reduction is in line with the plan and has not been terminated early
