According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, Gongdong Medical (605369.SH) stated that within three months after the announcement date, its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Shi Huiyong, intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 4.4099 million shares through block trading, and the total number of shares reduced within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital. Jinchi Investment intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.2049 million shares through centralized bidding trading, which shall not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital
