According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHHL (301040.SZ) announced that the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wu Jun San. Due to the failure to reach an agreement with the counterparty regarding the company's future development arrangements, it has been decided to terminate the current change of control matter. The company's stock and convertible bonds will resume trading starting from September 5, 2025 (Friday)
