# JINHUI HOLDINGS' subsidiary plans to sell a ship for USD 11.93 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JINHUI HOLDINGS (00137) announced that the seller Jinrong Marine Inc., which holds approximately 55.69% equity in an indirect subsidiary of the company, entered into an agreement with the buyer on September 4, 2025, to sell the vessel. The price of the vessel is USD 11.93 million. The vessel will be delivered by the seller to the buyer between September 15, 2025, and October 15, 2025.

The vessel is a super handy bulk carrier with a deadweight of 58,729 metric tons, built in 2008 and registered in Hong Kong. The seller is a company specifically used for owning the vessel
