# GBA DYNAMIC: Tan Songshen and He Zewen appointed as directors of Shenyang Hotel

According to the announcement from GBA DYNAMIC (01189), the board of directors has announced and confirmed that Mr. Tan Songshen and Dr. He Zewen have been appointed as directors of the company's subsidiary, Shenyang Hotel Co., Ltd. (Shenyang Hotel), effective from April 17, 2023; Mr. Liu Meixuan has been appointed as a director of Shenyang Hotel, effective from January 2, 2025, to handle the corporate affairs of Shenyang Hotel and the company's subsidiary, Shenyang Poly Hotel Co., Ltd., registered in the People's Republic of China; and Mr. Liang Jiajun will no longer serve as a director of Shenyang Hotel effective from October 20, 2024
