NEO announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Northeast Optoelectronics Group Co., Ltd., increased its holdings by 137,000 shares through centralized bidding from September 2 to September 4, 2025, at a cost of 2.5265 million yuan; from April 9 to September 4, 2025, a total of 2.0574 million shares were accumulated, accounting for 0.35% of the company's total share capital, with a total transaction amount of 24.9514 million yuan. The increase plan is expected to invest 50 million yuan within 12 months starting from December 19, 2024, and the company stated that it will continue to implement the increase plan
