According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hangzhou Gaoxin (300478.SZ) has undergone a change in control. The company's board of directors recently received written resignation letters from Mr. Hu Baoquan, Mr. Zhang Guoqiang, Mr. Chen Yazhou, Mr. Wang Chunjiang, Ms. Fu Shuwei, Mr. Wu Bozhen, and Mr. Xu Qiang. According to the arrangements in the transfer agreement, Mr. Hu Baoquan has applied to resign from the positions of chairman, director, and related positions in the board's special committee; Mr. Zhang Guoqiang has applied to resign from the positions of vice chairman, director, and related positions in the board's special committee; Mr. Chen Yazhou has applied to resign from the positions of director, general manager, and related positions in the board's special committee; Mr. Wang Chunjiang has applied to resign from the positions of director, vice general manager, board secretary, financial director, and related positions in the board's special committee; Ms. Fu Shuwei, Mr. Wu Bozhen, and Mr. Xu Qiang have each applied to resign from the positions of independent director and related positions in the board's special committee
