Ziel Home Furnishing Technology announced that its shareholders Zhuhai Harmony Boshi No. 1 Investment Partnership, Zhuhai Fubon Kairui Management Consulting Company, and Tianjin Dehui Investment Management Partnership have a reduction plan period from June 4, 2025, to September 3, 2025, intending to reduce their holdings by no more than 11,998,600 shares, accounting for 2.99% of the company's total share capital. From June 5, 2025, to August 26, 2025, the aforementioned shareholders collectively reduced their holdings by 5,421,200 shares, accounting for 1.3473% of the company's total share capital, of which 2,530,200 shares were reduced through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.6288%, and 2,891,000 shares were reduced through block trading, accounting for 0.7185%. The reduction plan has been completed, and the shareholding ratio has decreased to 4.2349%
