# SINOCERA MATERIAL shareholder Wang Hong plans to reduce holdings by no more than 3 million shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SINOCERA MATERIAL (300285.SZ) announced that shareholder Ms. Wang Hong, who holds 49.865 million shares (accounting for 5.0013% of the company's total share capital and 5.0303% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account), plans to reduce her holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3 million shares (accounting for 0.3009% of the company's total share capital and 0.3026% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
