# Beingmate: Subsidiary files lawsuit over trademark infringement and other disputes, involving an amount of 72.01 million yuan

Beingmate announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Beingmate Maternal and Infant Nutrition Co., Ltd., has filed a lawsuit with the Intermediate People's Court of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, involving trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes. The defendants in the case include Jinhua Wucheng Mingqiao Food Business and Zhejiang Keluobao Food Co., Ltd., among others.
