# Guofu Quantum has a discount of 16.43% for its placement, net raising over 1.3 billion yuan

> Guofu Quantum announced the termination of the placement agreement in August and signed a new agreement with 11 independent third parties to issue 745 million new shares, expanding the post-issue share capital by 7.57%. The price per share is set at 1.78 yuan, a discount of 16.43% compared to the last trading day. The total subscription price is 1.326 billion yuan, with a net amount of 1.321 billion yuan, which will be used to expand the digital asset financial license business, RWA investment banking business, and financial technology investments, among others. XTALPI and INKEVERSE will subscribe for 17,199,400 shares and 131 million shares, respectively

Guofu Quantum (00290.HK) announced the termination of the placement agreement in mid-August and the establishment of a new agreement to issue a total of 745 million new shares to 11 independent third parties, equivalent to an expanded share capital of 7.57%; the price per share is HKD 1.78, a discount of 16.43% compared to the last trading day (4th). The total subscription price is HKD 1.326 billion, with a net amount of HKD 1.321 billion to be used for expanding digital asset financial license business and developing infrastructure; expanding RWA investment banking business; developing Pre-RWA funds and RWA secondary market funds; investing in financial technology and RWA technology platforms; and working capital.

Among them, XTALPI (02228.HK) and INKEVERSE (03700.HK) will subscribe for 17.1994 million and 131 million shares, respectively. After completion, they will hold 0.22% and 1.71% of the company's share capital, respectively
