# YUEGUI plans to establish a subsidiary, Jingyuan Mining, to provide stable support for non-metallic new energy materials business

According to the announcement from YuetGui Co., Ltd. (000833.SZ), the company will use its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong YuetGui Crystal Source Mining Co., Ltd. (the specific name is subject to industrial and commercial registration approval, hereinafter referred to as "Crystal Source Mining"), with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, in line with the company's strategic transformation and actual operational needs.

The purpose of establishing the wholly-owned subsidiary Crystal Source Mining is to provide stable support for the company's non-metallic new energy materials business, promote the company's strategic transformation and development, explore and cultivate new business growth points, and enhance the company's core competitiveness
