According to the Zhitong Finance APP, I.CENTURY HLDG (08507) announced that the company's shares will be temporarily suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange starting at 1:00 PM on September 5, 2025, pending the publication of an announcement constituting inside information of the company in accordance with the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers
