According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Konruns (603590.SH) announced that within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (excluding the period during which reduction is prohibited by laws and regulations), the company's controlling shareholder, Mr. Liu Jianhua, intends to reduce his holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading, totaling no more than 4.7807 million shares, which does not exceed 3% of the total number of shares of the company
