According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HEBEI STEEL CORP. (000709.SZ) announced that it recently received the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the registration of the public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors (Zheng Jian Xu Ke \[2025\] No. 1780), allowing the company to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding 10 billion yuan to professional investors
