# HN PEARL RIVER: Gao Lei resigns as General Manager, Zhang Cunliang takes over

On September 5th, HN PEARL RIVER announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Gao Lei. Gao Lei resigned from the positions of director and general manager due to a job transfer and will no longer hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries after the resignation. The resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. Following the nomination and remuneration assessment committee's review, the company will hold the 22nd meeting of the 10th board of directors on September 5, 2025. The board of directors agreed to nominate Zhang Cunliang as a candidate for director of the 10th board of directors, with a term starting from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the 10th board of directors.
