# TONGDA GROUP's subsidiary subscribes to several ICBC wealth management products

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TONGDA GROUP (00698) announced that on September 5, 2025, its indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary TONGDA CHUANGZHI will use its idle funds to subscribe for several financial products, including subscribing for (i) the first ICBC financial product and (ii) the second ICBC financial product, with subscription amounts of RMB 51.33 million and RMB 10 million, respectively
