# United Water: UW Holdings Limited plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from United Water (603291.SH), the company's shareholder UW Holdings Limited plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 3% of the total share capital through centralized bidding and block trading, based on its own financial considerations and LP investment recovery needs.
