# CITIC: COHC nominates Zhang Jian as a candidate for the non-independent director of the eighth board of directors

According to the announcement from CITIC (00267), its subsidiary COHC (000099.SZ) recently received a letter from its controlling shareholder China Ocean Helicopter Co., Ltd. regarding the adjustment of non-independent directors of CITIC Ocean Helicopter Co., Ltd. Mr. Yang Wei, who was recommended to serve as a non-independent director of the company's eighth board of directors, will no longer serve as a director due to work adjustments; Mr. Zhang Jian has been recommended to serve as a non-independent director of the company's eighth board of directors. After leaving office, Mr. Yang Wei will no longer hold any position in the company.

After review and approval by the company's board of directors' nomination committee, the company's board of directors decided to nominate Mr. Zhang Jian as a candidate for non-independent director of the company's eighth board of directors, with a term starting from the date of election by the company's shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the term of the eighth board of directors
