# Cosonic's subsidiary Dongguan Electronics plans to lease out its industrial factory located in Dongguan City

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Cosonic (300793.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongguan Cosonic Acoustics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongguan Acoustics") plans to lease some idle assets located at No. 151, Shipaizhuang, Dongyuan Avenue, Shipaizhen, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, for the purpose of industrial factory buildings. This leasing of idle assets is beneficial for revitalizing the company's existing assets and improving asset utilization
