# HMT: The controlling shareholder obtained a loan of 90 million yuan

HMT announced that as of the disclosure date, its controlling shareholder Dongyang Huasheng intends to increase its holdings in the company within six months starting from May 7, 2025, with an amount not less than 100 million yuan and not exceeding 200 million yuan. The increase period has passed halfway, but no shares have been purchased due to the company's planning to issue shares for asset acquisition. Dongyang Huasheng has received a "Loan Commitment Letter" issued by CITIC BANK Xiamen Branch, promising to provide a special loan of up to 90 million yuan for this increase, with a term not exceeding 36 months
