According to the announcement from Zhituo Finance APP, Actions (688049.SH) stated that on September 5, 2025, the company received a notice from shareholder Zhuhai Chenyour regarding the "Reduction Plan of Actions Co., Ltd." Due to its own funding needs, Zhuhai Chenyour intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 875,800 shares during the disclosed reduction period, which is no more than 0.5% of the company's current total share capital
