# STHC: Chairman Yin KefeI resigns

STHC announced that the company's board of directors received a letter from the controlling shareholder, the investment holding company. According to the relevant work arrangements, it is suggested that Yin Kefeiy no longer serve as the party secretary, chairman, director, and legal representative of the company. The above letter takes effect immediately upon delivery to the board of directors, and the board agrees that Yin Kefeiy will no longer serve as the company's chairman, director, convener of the strategic planning committee, and legal representative. After leaving office, Yin Kefeiy will not hold any position in the company or its controlling subsidiaries and affiliated companies
