# BRAINHOLE TECH appoints Bai Chun as the new auditor

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, BRAINHOLE TECH (02203) stated that due to the inability to reach a consensus with its auditor, ShineWing (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (ShineWing), regarding the audit fees for the year ending December 31, 2025, ShineWing has resigned as the company's auditor, effective September 5, 2025.

Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, it has been resolved to appoint Baker Tilly (Baker Tilly) as the new auditor of the company, effective September 5, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by ShineWing's resignation. Baker Tilly's term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
