# OFFCN EDU's judicial disposal of shares held by shareholders with more than 5% ownership has been completed

In 2025, OFFCN EDU disclosed that shareholder Wang Zhendong's 38.2 million shares need judicial disposal due to a loan contract dispute with Yantai Huaqin Investment. As of the announcement date, the judicial disposal has been completed, with the disposal period from August 27 to September 4, at an average disposal price of 3.04 yuan per share. Before the disposal, Wang Zhendong held 411 million shares, accounting for 6.67%; after the disposal, he holds 373 million shares, accounting for 6.05%.
