According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Amlogic (688099.SH) announced that in order to further enhance the company's capital strength and overall competitiveness, and to deeply promote the company's internationalization strategy, the company plans to issue overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and apply for listing on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange")
