According to the Zhitong Finance APP, R&G Pharma (301333.SZ) has disclosed the draft of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan. The funding sources for the employee stock ownership plan include the company's allocated reward fund and other methods permitted by laws and regulations, with a total amount not exceeding 15 million yuan. The stock scale of this employee stock ownership plan is not more than 385,800 shares, with the underlying stock sourced from the company's repurchase special account for A-shares, and the purchase price for the repurchased stock is 38.88 yuan/share.

The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 36 months, starting from the date the company announces the transfer of the last underlying stock to the name of this employee stock ownership plan
