# Beijing UDC's shareholder pledged 180 million shares for its own production and operation

Recently, Beijing Hualian Commercial Building Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Beijing Hualian Group Investment Holding Co., Ltd., pledged 180 million shares to Guangfa Bank Co., Ltd. Beijing Shunyi Branch on September 4, 2025, accounting for 23.33% of its held shares and 6.58% of the company's total share capital. The purpose of the pledge is for its own production and operation. This share pledge does not involve significant asset restructuring or performance compensation obligations. As of the announcement date, Hualian Group has cumulatively pledged 317.1 million shares, accounting for 41.10% of its held shares and 11.58% of the company's total share capital.
