# Original's major asset replacement matter has been approved for registration by the Securities Regulatory Commission

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Original (603991.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire the equity and control of Advanced Packaging Materials International Limited through significant asset swaps, issuing shares, and cash payments, while divesting 100% equity of Shanghai Original New Materials Co., Ltd. and raising supporting funds. On September 5, 2025, the company received the "Approval on Agreeing to Shenzhen Original Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. Issuing Shares to Purchase Assets and Raise Supporting Funds Registration" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, agreeing to the company's issuance of shares to multiple companies to purchase related assets, and agreeing to the company's issuance of shares to raise supporting funds not exceeding 1 billion yuan
