# The transfer of judicial auction of some shares by the shareholders of Global Top has been completed, and the equity change has reached a multiple of 1%

On August 25-26, 2025, the Intermediate People's Court of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, publicly auctioned 27,547,058 shares held by Yang Jianxin, a shareholder of Global Top, on the Taobao judicial auction online platform. The bidder Han Lili successfully won the bid, and the share transfer has been completed. This change in equity accounts for 1.77% of the company's total share capital, reducing the combined shareholding ratio of Yang Jianxin and his concerted actor Xinyu Ruijing from 7.85% to 6.09%, with the change touching upon an integer multiple of 1%. This change is due to judicial auction and does not trigger a mandatory takeover bid. The company has no controlling shareholder or actual controller, and it will not lead to a change in control
