According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ziel Home Furnishing Technology (301376.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of no more than 3.5474 million shares to no more than 171 incentive recipients, with a grant price of 11.86 yuan per share. The validity period of the restricted stock under this incentive plan is from the date of grant until the date when all restricted stocks vest or become invalid, not exceeding 60 months
