According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Scitop Bio (300858.SZ) announced that it recently received a "Notice of Share Reduction Plan" from shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, including Ningbo Shunyi, specific shareholder Ningbo Kehuida, and director and deputy general manager Qiao Xiangqian. The above shareholders plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 5% of the company's shares
