# SONOSCAPE plans to grant 1.914 million restricted shares and 3.9678 million stock options

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SONOSCAPE (300633.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 Restricted Stock and Stock Option Incentive Plan, proposing to grant 1.914 million shares of the second category of restricted stock and 3.9678 million stock options to the incentive recipients. The grant price for the second category of restricted stock under this incentive plan is not less than 15.93 yuan per share, and the exercise price for the stock options is not less than 31.86 yuan per option. A total of 406 individuals will receive incentives under this plan, including some directors and senior management personnel of the company, as well as middle management and technical business backbones from the company (including branches and holding subsidiaries).

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of granting/authorizing the second category of restricted stock/stock options until all the second category of restricted stock/stock options granted to the incentive recipients have fully vested/exercised or become invalid/cancelled, with a maximum duration of no more than 60 months
