According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ST Lingnan (002717.SZ) announced that the company and its former controlling shareholder, the current co-chairman and president, and legal representative Mr. Yin Hongwei recently received the "Notice of Case Filing" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to file a case against the company and Mr. Yin Hongwei in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
