According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, CCRMM (001296.SZ) stated that Mr. Xiong Ying, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.3861 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
