According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Levima (003022.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Tibet Levima Sheng Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Levima Sheng"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 10.4 million shares through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, which means the reduction will not exceed 0.78% of the company's total share capital
