# GHKJ's board members and executives plan to reduce their holdings in the company

According to the announcement from GHKJ (002741.SZ), Mr. Chen Hanzhao, the chairman who holds 24.9129 million shares of the company, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 4.6502 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this reduction plan announcement. Ms. Cai Wen, the financial director who holds 333,000 shares of the company, plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 83,300 shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this reduction plan announcement. Mr. Yang Rongzheng, the board secretary who holds 178,300 shares of the company, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 44,600 shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this reduction plan announcement
