# DoBe Group shareholder Shanghai Zhongweizi Investment plans to inquire about the transfer of 1.5% of the company's shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DoBe Group (300947.SZ) announced that Shanghai Zhongweizi Investment Management Co., Ltd. intends to participate in a price inquiry transfer, with a total of 2.2671 million shares to be transferred, accounting for 1.50% of the company's total share capital. The transferee is not allowed to transfer the shares acquired through the price inquiry transfer within 6 months after the acquisition
