According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SUNWARD (002097.SZ) announced that its shareholders Changsha Economic and Technological Development Group Co., Ltd., Mr. He Qinghua, Mr. Zhu Jianxin, and Mr. Wang Jian plan to collectively reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 30.554282 million shares (accounting for 2.8433% of the company's total share capital)
