JIANGYIN ELECTRICAL ALLOY announced that its shareholder Jiangyin Qiuwéi Management Consulting Partnership intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.4 million shares, accounting for 0.55% of the company's total share capital, through block trading within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, by its shareholder Mr. Shen Guoxiang. As of the announcement date, Jiangyin Qiuwéi holds 19.19 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.44%
