# Kengic's shareholder SF Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kengic (688455.SH) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Shunfeng Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shunfeng Investment") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding, with a total reduction not exceeding 1.8085 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; and to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through block trading, with a total reduction not exceeding 3.617 million shares, which is no more than 2% of the company's total share capital
