According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ST Power New Energy (688184.SH) announced that the company received a "Notice of Case Filing" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Zhang Bao (one of the company's actual controllers and a director) also received a "Notice of Case Filing" from the CSRC. The company and Zhang Bao are under investigation for suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations.

In addition, the company learned that the Zhuji City People's Procuratorate has legally made an arrest decision against Zhang Bao for the crime of embezzlement
