According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Eazytec (688258.SH) announced that Mr. Xie Qian, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager, intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.6343 million shares of the company's stock through a combination of centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 3.00% of the total shares of the company
