According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SELON (301131.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controllers Mr. Hao Yuan, Ms. Ren Ping, Mr. Hao Jianxin, and their concerted actors An Yi SELON Consulting Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and An Yi Jubao Long Consulting Management Enterprise (Limited Partnership) plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 477,931 shares (accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, and to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 955,862 shares (accounting for 2.00% of the company's total share capital) through block trading
