# SUNFLOWER plans to acquire controlling stake in Xipu Materials and 40% stake in Beid Pharmaceutical, trading suspended from September 8

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SUNFLOWER (300111.SZ) announced that the company is planning to acquire the controlling stake in Zhangzhou Xipu Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xipu Material") and 40% equity of Zhejiang Beid Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beid Pharmaceutical") through the issuance of shares and/or cash payment, while also planning to raise supporting funds. This transaction is still in the planning stage. The company expects to disclose the transaction plan within no more than 10 trading days. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of the market on September 8, 2025 (Monday) morning
