# Several directors and supervisors of Bank of Suzhou plan to collectively increase their holdings by no less than 4.2 million yuan

According to the announcement from Suzhou Bank (002966.SZ), Mr. Cui Qingjun, the chairman of the bank, Mr. Wang Qiang, the executive director and president, Mr. Shen Qi, the chairman of the supervisory board, Mr. Li Wei, the executive director and vice president, Mr. Bei Haoming, the vice president, Mr. Xue Hui, the vice president, Mr. Zhao Gang, the executive director and vice president, Mr. Zhu Minjun, the board secretary, Mr. Hou Bin, the risk director, Mr. Zheng Wei, the business director, Ms. Chen Jie, the business director, and Mr. Ma Tianshu, the assistant president, plan to increase their holdings of the bank's A-shares by no less than 4.2 million yuan through the centralized bidding trading method on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The implementation period for this increase plan is from September 8, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (inclusive)
