According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Ningbo Construction (601789.SH) has announced that its controlling subsidiary, Ningbo Municipal Engineering Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Municipal Group"), has recently received the "Bid Notification" issued by the bidder, Ningbo Ring Expressway Connection Line Construction Co., Ltd., and the bidding agent, Kexin United Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bid Notification"). According to the "Bid Notification" and the bidding documents, the consortium formed by Municipal Group and China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway Shanghai") is the winning bidder for the first phase (Dongyuan Interchange - Yinzhou South Toll Station) of the Century Avenue Expressway South Extension (Dongyuan Interchange - Yinzhou Avenue) Section II (Construction) with a winning bid price of 443 million yuan
