# JSGT: 88.03 million shares pledged by the controlling shareholder have been released from pledge

JSGT announced that the 88.03 million shares pledged by its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Jiangsu Guotai International Trade Co., Ltd., have been released from pledge, accounting for 16.91% of its holdings and 5.41% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, all shares held by the international trade company have been released from pledge, and there are no pledges or frozen situations. This release of pledge will not lead to a change in the company's actual control and will not have a substantial impact on production operations and corporate governance
