# The actual controller of JIANGTE MOTOR plans to indirectly increase its shareholding in the company

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIANGTE MOTOR (002176.SZ) announced that it recently received a notification from its controlling shareholder Jiangxi Jiangte Electric Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangte Electric"). Mr. Wang Xin, one of the actual controllers of the company, controlled Beijing Wubai Yingli Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wubai Yingli Technology"), which signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Jiangte Electric shareholders Chen Xiaohong, Jiangxi Tianhao Investment Co., Ltd., Li Yong, Chen Shushen, Chen Sijie, and 20 other shareholders. The 20 shareholders will transfer a total of 36.92% of the shares they hold in Jiangte Electric to Wubai Yingli Technology.

After this transfer, Mr. Wang Xin's indirect shareholding in the company through Wubai Yingli Technology will change from 4.08% to 9.29%. This transfer did not result in a change of control of the company
