According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TRANSWARP TECHNOLOGY (688031.SH) has received a notice from its shareholder Linzhi Lichuang regarding the reduction of shares in TRANSWARP TECHNOLOGY (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Due to the shareholder's own arrangements, Linzhi Lichuang intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3.6339 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital) based on market conditions
